The hospital services a catchment of more than 1.2 million people in Melbourne's east and south-eastern suburbs, as well as regional east Victoria.

Connect PM was nominated to undertake Project Management services for the 60 new in-patient bed expansion, 11 Consulting suites, new main entrance, kitchen, pharmacy, supply and maintenance facilities, radiology department expansion, new admissions, discharge area and multi deck carpark.
