Macleod

Mayflower Macleod is a community orientated village nestled in the leafy surrounds of a quiet suburban neighbourhood in Macleod. Connect PM were appointed by Mayflower to project manage the development from masterplan to construction. 

The estimated project cost is $65m and will include a 72-bed facility, 25 residential living apartments and 47 residential units. Mayflower Macleod is currently in the design phase of development and is due for complettion in 2025.
