PROJECT UPDATE | Edgarley Assisted Living
We are pleased to advise that the Stage 2 works for the new 60-bed aged care facility for Edgarley Assisted Living is well underway.
The $16 million development made possible through Federal Government funding will provide better working conditions for staff and a facility designed to provide its residents with comfort and care in mind.
With positive feedback already received from residents and family following the handover of stage 1 we are looking forward to seeing the final stage of works completed in early 2023.

Operated by Unitas Healthcare, Sunshine Private is a 75-bed hospital which includes a women’s mental health unit, outpatient day programs, and onsite medical and surgery services.
